Language Policy
Antonine International School (AIS-Dekwaneh) places multilingualism
and international openness at the heart of its educational mission.
Embracing Lebanon’s multicultural identity, AIS has crafted a language
policy designed to equip students with the skills needed to thrive as
global citizens in a dynamic, ever-evolving world. While preserving and
celebrating Lebanon’s rich cultural heritage, the school implements a
cohesive language program grounded in active, student-centered
pedagogies informed by cognitive science. Through interdisciplinary
projects and extracurricular activities, AIS fosters meaningful
connections between languages and cultures, ensuring students gain a
comprehensive and enriching linguistic education.
