Career Guidance Policy
AIS-Dekwaneh’s career guidance policy is designed to empower students to make
informed choices about their future careers. The policy focuses on three core
objectives:
- Helping students explore the professional landscape and understand the wide range of available career options
- Introducing them to various higher education pathways and the potential career outcomes associated with each
- Guiding each student in crafting a personalized academic and career orientation plan
To support these objectives, AIS organizes career forums, job fairs, visits to higher
education institutions, and interactions with industry professionals throughout the
school year, ensuring students are well-prepared to make thoughtful and informed
decisions about their future.
