Admission New Applicants
At AIS-Dekwaneh, the enrollment process for new students consists of several steps, with priority given to siblings of current students.
To begin the enrollment process, please contact the school’s administration and follow the steps below:
Schedule an appointment through the school office to meet with the principal and/or the cycle
coordinator. During this visit, parents will receive detailed information about the enrollment
process and required documents. At this stage, parents may proceed with enrollment if they wish.
Submit the required documents to the school’s main office.
- For Pre-Kindergarten Applicants: An interview with the parents and the child is mandatory.
- For Other Grades: Admission is based on available spaces and a review of the student’s academic records. Applicants are also required to take a placement test in various subjects. Each student will be informed about the assessments and their schedule. Successfully passing the evaluation test is a prerequisite for admission.
To finalize admission, parents must pay an enrollment fee of 5,000,000 L.L. and $150 for the 2024–2025 academic year. This fee will be deducted from tuition but is non-refundable in case of withdrawal.
If parents decide to withdraw, they must notify the school before the end of August. Documents can be retrieved during September. After this period, unclaimed documents will be destroyed.
