Scouts of Independence
Rooted in the values of Scouting and guided by the Scout Promise and Law, the Saint Roch AIS-Dekwaneh Group was founded in November 2023.
Dedicated to “creating a better world,” the group fulfills its mission by adhering to the five core principles of Scouting:
- Character Development
- Health and Practical Skills
- Craftsmanship and Manual Dexterity
- Service to Country, Empathy, and Selflessness
- The Search for God
Through meetings, activities, camps, missions, and excursions, every initiative is thoughtfully crafted to promote a lifestyle inspired by Biblical teachings. This vision encourages members to grow as exemplary citizens and embrace holiness by striving to imitate Christ more closely with each passing day.
Today, the Saint Roch AIS-Dekwaneh Group proudly includes 200 active members supported by 25 well-trained leaders, organized into three age groups across six units.
